Handcrafted intuitively in sterling and fine silver and set with a genuine Mohave turquoise stone sourced from the historic Kingman Mines in Arizona. The elongated marquise-shaped setting is framed with a twisted rope border and adorned with clusters of silver shot beads above and below the stone, a nod to classic Southwestern silversmithing tradition. The piece has been intentionally oxidized to bring out the rich texture and depth of every detail.
I gave it a hammered textured split band to help balance the larger face of the piece.
