At Sunrise Nova Jewelry, your happiness means everything to me! Every piece is crafted with care, and I want you to absolutely love what you receive.

If something isn't right, please let me know within 14 days of receiving your order and I'll do my best to make it right.

To initiate a return, simply reach out through the Contact page on my website within 14 days of delivery. I kindly ask that all returned items be in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging. Once I receive and inspect your return, I'll process your refund promptly and notify you by email.

Please note that I'm unable to accept returns on items that show signs of wear or damage after delivery.
